If you are unsatisfied with your products for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com, giving some information regarding the reasons for the return (e.g. damaged packaging, wrong product etc.).
If possible, please provide photo evidence of the reason for the return.
Once all necessary information has been provided, we will start the refund/exchange process. This includes inspecting all returned products to ensure their safe arrival, after which start processing the refund.
All refunds are provided using the same payment method used to place the order.
Returns take seven days to process once they arrive at our warehouse. Once the return is processed, money takes a further 3-5 days to process back into your bank account.
